By downloading or using Radiolised ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the app does
Radiolised is a directory and player for publicly available internet radio streams. Station listings are provided by third-party sources, and the audio you hear is streamed directly from each broadcaster. We do not own, host, control, or endorse any station, stream, or the content broadcast on it.
Availability and accuracy
Station information may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect, and streams may be slow, offline, or removed without notice. The app is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial listening.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its API.
- Do not use the app to redistribute, rebroadcast, or record streams where doing so would infringe a broadcaster's rights or applicable law.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of any station you listen to.
Third-party content
Station names, logos, and broadcast content belong to their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and believe a listing should be corrected or removed, contact us at the address below and we will act on valid requests.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app, third-party streams, or any interruption of service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
